Siem Reap was my favourite place in Cambodia. Along with having so much to do, the food was also incredible. There were countless options and they were all very varied. Here are some of my favourites.

Khmer Taste
I was recommended Khmer Taste by a few people and I loved it there. It had a huge selection of dishes, including vegetarian and vegan versions of traditional Cambodian meals. It was relatively cheap, the food was delicious, and the place had a great atmosphere.
Wild
Wild is a slightly nicer restaurant to go for cocktails and spring rolls. It also has a great social and environmental mission. They had great food hygiene and plenty of delicious veggie and vegan options. I loved this place!

Banlle Vegetarian
Banlle Vegetarian had amazing food. It is very well put together and looks a bit like an upmarket restaurant from the outside, but the meals were all very reasonably priced. There were great vegan and vegetarian takes on Cambodian food, as well as some western options.Â
Right next to it is a gelato place called Amami gelato that has loads of vegan options (not just sorbet!) and it was so good.

Muffin Man
Muffin Man was a lovely restaurant in Siem Reap that had an incredible social mission. It specialises in muffins and cakes (plenty of vegan options for those), but also has sandwiches, salads, and other savoury meals which were equally as good. I went back here several times and cannot recommend it enough.

Lub D Hostel
If you’re looking for good, cheap food in a fun and relaxed environment, Lub D Hostel has some great options. I stayed at this hostel (and it was a 10/10) and really enjoyed the food here. They had western options as well as pan-Asian, so there is something for everyone.Â

Hopefully this gives you a good starting point to finding some good veggie and vegan-friendly places to eat in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It’s a great city and the food matches up to it!
