Da Nang has some great vegan food. The big digital nomad scene there means there is both Vietnamese, wider Asian, and Western food on offer. I was there for two days on my Vietnam trip, so here is a vegan food guide to Da Nang, Vietnam, including all my favourite vegan-friendly places to eat in Da Nang.

The Best Vegan Food in Da Nang, Vietnam

iVegan Supershop

iVegan Supershop is the same chain that is also in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, and it’s just as good. They have great smoothie bowls, salads, sandwiches, smoothies, baked goods, and much more. It’s a great break from Vietnamese food if you need it.

Roots

Roots is also a Western food place with amazing salads and bowls. It’s very fresh and also hits the spot. I went twice and got a falafel bowl and a sushi bowl and both were fantastic.

Vavila

Vavila is a lovely Vietnamese restaurant in Da Nang that has great vegan options. The people working there were also very friendly.

Unfortunately it seems that my other recommendation, Bodhicitta, is closed. Check up on that if you’re there, because it was great!
